David F. Chinitz, President and CEO

 

David F. Chinitz, President and CEO of Park Place Realty Group, LLC, has been a part of Long Island’s commercial and industrial real estate community since 1987. He has completed over 1,000 commercial real estate transactions while serving with some of Long Island’s largest real estate brokerage houses, including Grubb & Ellis and Island Realty.

 

An alumnus of Albany State University, David was voted commercial broker of the year in 1992 by his peers for completing some of Long Island’s largest transactions. In 2006, David was honored by Long Island Business News for the largest real estate transaction that year, which was the sale of five buildings totaling 340,000 square feet.

 

David’s clients include Nestle, Allied Signal Aerospace, Northrop Grumman, FDIC, Ryder Transportation Systems, Honeywell Corp., Mestek, Inc., Chemed Corp., RXR and Suffolk County Water Authority.

 

David serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Developmental Disabilities in Woodbury, NY. In addition, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) and chairs the education and activities committees.

 

David’s 22 years of commercial real estate experience in addition to 10 years in business management has enabled him to craft a firm that provides the most professional service for Park Place Realty Group clients.
